What type of drain is to be cleaned, what is the best method of cleaning, what nozzle do I choose how long should it take to clean these are all important elements when using your Cappellotto.
Pit cleaning is one of the more general activities of your Cappellotto, but using the large vacuum capacity and remote control as well as a range of specialised cleaning tools and water pressure jetting equipment can ensure the most effective method of cleaning pits.
Hydro excavation or digging holes with water is a really efficient and safe method of digging holes and exposing services. The ability to dig deep holes up to several metres without a large footprint is also a key functional element of Hydroexcavation. The Cappellotto can enhance your experience with long hoses and very flexible boom hose arm than can turn up to 270 degrees around the truck without even touching a hose, simply by using the remote control
Locating an underground service can be a hit or miss process but with Hydroexcavation the process becomes both easier and will minimise service damage. The range of Cappellotto hydroexcavation units utilise a specific small water pump and highly versatile pressure gun and linking this with the vacuum power of the Cappellotto results in effective and rapid locating of services.
The vacuum system on your Cappellotto allows really efficient running of the equipment, lower noise levels and very efficient vacuum removal. Various different overhead boom configurations enable lower operator fatigue as they simply move the boom to where they need without having to even touch a vacuum hose.
Every Cappellotto comes with a range of nozzles to tackle any drain and pit cleaning activity. There can be a range of large root cutter, special Blue 100 nozzles to the more standard bomb nozzles. See our details on Nozzles
